Building Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Building Surveyor to join our busy, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Building Consultancy team in the East Region but also operate on a Scotland-wide basis.

The successful candidate will be required to provide services to a wide range of clients across the full range of Building Surveying instructions, ranging from pre-acquisition surveys and dilapidations through to project management and development monitoring.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Building Surveyor, either Chartered or due to sit the Assessment of Professional Competence imminently.
• Good communication skills and an ability to work both independently and within a wider team.
• Commercially minded and client-focused.
• Experience in Pre-Acquisition Building Surveys preferred.

The role offers a competitive salary and could include a company car, dependent upon experience.
