Your New Role
As Senior QS, you will take commercial lead across a range of exciting projects, ensuring effective cost management from pre‑construction through to final account. Working closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and the wider delivery team, you will provide commercial insight, risk management, and contract expertise to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the full commercial lifecycle of multiple projects
Preparing cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts
Leading procurement processes and managing subcontractor relationships
Supporting commercial strategy and reporting to senior leadership
Maintaining strong working relationships with clients and project teams
What You'll Need to Succeed
Proven experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
Strong commercial acumen with an ability to manage projects independently
Excellent communication skills and confidence in client‑facing situations
A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, low‑ego culture
