This is a full-time, on-site Groundworks Labourer role located in Aberdeenshire. As a Groundworks Labourer, you will be responsible for carrying out various on-site groundworks tasks, which may include digging, trenching, drainage work, and landscaping. You will also assist in site preparation, material handling, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment at all times.

• Experience in general construction-related tasks such as digging, trenching, drainage work, and landscaping.
• Knowledge of operating and maintaining tools, equipment, and machinery relevant to groundworks.
• Understanding of on-site safety protocols and ability to follow health and safety procedures.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
• Teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues on-site.
• A valid CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience in groundworks or similar roles is an advantage.
