In this role, you will be based full‑time at the Head Office, working closely with the Head of Commercial and wider teams. You'll be responsible for managing contracts, submitting valuations, pricing variations, and acting as a key point of contact for clients while supporting the successful delivery of projects.

• Quantity Surveying across New Build, Social Housing & Commercial projects
• Reviewing contracts, submitting valuations, and pricing variations
• Client‑facing role with site visits and involvement in project delivery

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Experience working with commercial contracts
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects
