Contracts Manager

We are working with a well-respected and growing engineering services organisation to assist them in hiring a Contracts Manager for their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional to take ownership of key contracts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will play a crucial role in managing client relationships while driving operational excellence across multiple projects.

• Overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts from award through to completion
• Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual, commercial, and operational requirements
• Monitoring project performance, costs, and risks
• Coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
• Supporting commercial negotiations, variations, and dispute resolution

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within engineering, construction, or a related sector
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
