Site Manager – Fitout Contractor (Edinburgh)

Our client is a well‑established construction contractor based in East Lothian, operating across commercial, industrial, and refurbishment projects. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the existing team.

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing site operations from start to completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage health & safety, ensure programmes are met, deliver projects to the required quality standards, report directly to senior management, and maintain excellent client relationships.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities on site
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate
• Strong commitment to health & safety and quality delivery
