Facade Manager

Your new company A leading UK main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-value, complex projects across the commercial and hospitality sectors is seeking an experienced Facade Manager to join their team in Edinburgh. Your new role You will be joining a major £80m hotel development in central Edinburgh, taking responsibility for the full faade package from planning through to completion. As Facade Manager, you will oversee all external envelope works, ensuring technical compliance, programme delivery, and exceptional quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage interfaces with structural and internal packages, and work closely with the Project Manager and design team to resolve technical challenges.

The role will involve ensuring health & safety adherence, managing programme milestones, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders on what is a high-profile city-centre scheme.
