You will manage a commercial team and partner with the client, operations and senior stakeholders to optimise cost and value on a complex occupied refurbishment programme.
This role offers 85,000–95,000 basic salary, a 5,200 car allowance or company car, a minimum 5% annual bonus, private healthcare and a strong pension,
