UI Social Infrastructure in Dartford is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on social housing projects within a long-term framework. You will validate pricing, manage planning application procurement, and oversee open book reconciliation to protect project margins.
Role requires experience with planned maintenance, leaseholder recovery, and strong Excel/data skills. A CSA CSCS card and a BSc in Quantity Surveying are desirable.
