Alpine Recruitment Group's client, a private developer and main contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead a project in the Northwest. The role covers commercial residential, healthcare and leisure sectors with project values from €10M-€50M.
Reporting to Commercial Manager, you will line-manage Junior QS and collaborate with site, project and design teams to control costs, procure subcontractors, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
