Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a Project Manager for a façade remediation project based at our Stoke Newington head office. The role covers end-to-end management from program writing to subcontractor oversight, with site visits to Basildon weekly.
Essential experience includes 3–4 years in construction, quoting/tendering, and strong communication and negotiation skills. The project duration is 12–15 months, with a salary in the 50k–60k range per year.
