OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated Estimator for tender preparation and submissions within the Building Services sector. You will carry out detailed take-offs, issue material enquiries, and prepare comprehensive tenders using our Estimating software.
The role requires experience in Building Services, a relevant qualification (HNC/HND or Apprenticeship), and proficiency in Trimble Estimation and Microsoft Office. A CSCS card and a full UK driving licence are essential.
