Company Van  Fuel Card About the Role We are seekingan experienced Site Manager to join our Electrical & Fire System steam, overseeing projects acrossthe Bristol area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, ontime, within budget, andto the highest quality standards. Working closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, you will playa key rolein coordinating the installation of electrical and fire protection systems whilemaintainingcompliance with healthand safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations for electrical andfire system installation projects. Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and specialist contractors. Ensure all worksare completed in accordance with project specifications, programme, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Conductsite inspections and maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping. Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory regulations. Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.

Manage site documentation, including RAMS, permitsto work, anddaily site records. Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain programme delivery. Essential Requirements Previous experience asa Site Manager within the electrical contracting or fire protection industry. Good understanding of electrical and fire systems installation. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). First Aid atWork Certificate. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Officeand theabilityto manage digital site documentation. Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Requirements Electrical orrelated construction trade background. Experience managing multiple subcontractors on commercial projects. Knowledge of current health and safety legislation and industry best practice. ECS or CSCSCard.
