Persimmon Homes in Edinburgh is seeking an Apartment Remediation Project Manager to lead complex cladding remediation projects across Scotland, ensuring safety, timeliness and quality. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors while engaging with residents and freeholders.
Reporting to the Group Special Projects Director, you will drive project governance, manage budgets and ensure adherence to Building Safety regulations, CDM and health & safety standards.
