new roleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing commercial and contractual support throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with project managers, clients and multidisciplinary teams, your duties will include:

• Cost planning, estimating and budgeting
• Contract administration and procurement support
• Managing project costs and financial reporting
• Identifying and mitigating commercial risks
• Preparing valuations, change control and final accounts
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to programme
