Site Manager - Roofing​/Cladding

First Task Professional are working with a specialist contractor who are looking to appoint a Site Manager for a major new build school project in Midlothian.

The role will involve overseeing the delivery of the roofing and cladding package, managing subcontractors, coordinating with the main contractor and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

We’re keen to speak with Site Managers from either:

* Roofing, cladding or building envelope backgrounds

* Main contracting backgrounds with experience delivering external packages

* New build commercial, education or similar large-scale projects

Key Requirements:

* Strong site management experience

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* Excellent subcontractor and client/main contractor management skills

* Good understanding of programme, quality and H&S

* Roofing/cladding experience beneficial but not essential

This would suit someone comfortable operating on a busy new build project who can take ownership of their package and work closely with both the specialist contractor and wider project team
