The City of Edinburgh Council is recruiting a Building Surveyor to strengthen the Low Rise Area Based Regeneration Team in Edinburgh. You will manage contract administration and technical aspects across construction activities, with SBCC Design & Build contracts and an annual spend of around £15m.
You will work with Quantity Surveying and Construction Project Managers to ensure best technical solutions, value for money, and delivery of energy-efficient home improvements across mixed-tenure
