An experienced Estimator
- Fitout & Refurbishment is required to join an established construction contractor specialising in high-quality fitout, refurbishment, alteration and construction projects.

This Estimator
- Fitout & Refurbishment role will suit a commercially minded professional with experience pricing construction, fitout or refurbishment projects who can work closely with clients, suppliers and the wider project team.

The company specialises in interior fitout, refurbishment, alteration, construction and maintenance. It delivers projects across sectors including healthcare, education, leisure, hospitality, residential, retail and public and private sector environments, with particular experience working within live and operational buildings.

The business has an experienced management team and a strong focus on quality, client service and collaborative project delivery. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on varied, high-quality projects within a professional and experienced team.

The Estimator
- Fitout & Refurbishment will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders and estimates, supporting the business through the pre-construction process.

• Preparing estimates and tenders for fitout and refurbishment projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and project information
• Completing detailed material and labour take-offs
• Obtaining and assessing subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Working with clients, suppliers and the project team throughout the tender process
• Identifying opportunities for value engineering and cost control

• Proven experience in an Estimator role
• Strong understanding of fitout and refurbishment projects
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong numerical and commercial awareness
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Good communication and negotiation skills
