Egis Group is seeking a Building Surveyor based in Glasgow or Edinburgh to join our established team. You will work on projects across public and private sectors, gaining exposure to condition surveys, PPM, pre-acquisition work, and contract administration while progressing toward your APC.
The role involves liaising with clients, designers and contractors, developing tender documents using NBS, managing procurement, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
