G Recruitment is partnering with a progressive housing developer to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor (non-chartered) for managing multiple new build site budgets from inception to completion in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. The role focuses on CVRs, subcontractor payments and tender analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a BSc Hons in QS or construction, strong communication skills and a CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one).
