Since 1983, we have welcomed hundreds of thousands of visitors to engage with theworld’s greatest and emerging writers, thinkers, artists, and performers. Each year, weprogramme innovative events that broaden the horizons and enrich the minds of our audiences, both in Edinburgh and online. These take the form of on-stage conversations,workshops, creative masterclasses, think tanks, and more, all informed by a culture ofopen dialogue, curiosity about the perspectives of others, and active embracing of newideas and experiences.

About

the Role

You’ll bring your project management expertise to life, supporting and executing events with precision, innovation, and a personal touch that leaves lasting impressions. We’re looking for someone with experience in event planning and delivery, who excels at building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. You’ll be the driving force behind our events, with a sharp eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the confidence to take ownership from concept through to flawless delivery.
