About the role## What this role does.

Eva Esi is a whole new model line, built on the research from Forlais. It is a significant launch, and you can help shape it.

You will be Eva Esi's voice online. Content, channels, launch announcements and the community that builds up around the platform.

Our tone is calm and confident, and we let the work speak for itself. You will make the content yourself, which is why we want someone with real graphics experience who can take an idea to a finished visual, and ideally short video, without needing a designer.

What we look for## Qualifications.
* Have run social channels for a product or brand, with growth you can point to and explain.
* Design your own graphics and visuals to a professional standard.
* Write clearly and confidently in a brand's voice.
* Genuinely enjoy community.
* Are organised and consistent, week in and week out.

Bonus## Nice to have.
* Design and motion tools:
Figma, the Adobe suite or equivalents, plus short-form video editing.
* Developer or technical audiences.
* Community platforms and moderation workflows.
* Launch communications and channel analytics.

Process## How the process runs.
