National Museums Liverpool is seeking a catalogue descriptions specialist to improve the catalogue entries for decorative Scottish bookbindings from 1680–1830. You will describe features with MARC-ready accuracy to aid researchers and lay groundwork for digitisation.
Experience with MARC cataloguing and handling rare books is desirable; preservation considerations must guide all description work.
