Audio Always is an independent production company making content across radio, podcasts and beyond. Millions of people hear our shows every week — and increasingly, they’re watching too. If you want to make content that makes people stop scrolling and stay to the end, this is the job.

The Role

As Video Editor, you’ll lead the technical and creative delivery of long and short-form video for our podcast output — content that reaches millions of viewers every week. You’ll work closely with the Content Director, Executive Content Producers and Content Producers, to bring plans to life in the edit, and play a real part in shaping how our shows look and feel on screen.

You’ll be based in either Manchester or London, with flexibility to work across both where the work requires it.

  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • A passion for video and a curiosity about how video is working alongside audio in the podcast and radio market.
  • A strong understanding of how audiences consume content across multiple platforms.
  • Someone who takes ownership of their work and sees projects through independently.
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to adapt when priorities shift.
