Senior​/Midweight Graphic and Packaging Designer

  As they continue to grow they're looking for a Senior or Midweight Designer to help them dream up the next generation of playful, innovative product ranges. You'll be joining a fast-paced, friendly studio where creative energy is the norm and no two briefs are ever quite the same. One day you're building a style guide, the next you're designing packaging that has to stop shoppers in their tracks.
  
  If you've got a versatile portfolio bursting with great graphics and vibrant packaging work, we'd love to hear from you. This is a permanent, full time role offering hybrid working, based near Richmond (5-minute walk from mainline station and direct 15/20-minute train from Clapham / Vauxhall / Waterloo)

• Creating bold, commercial style guides and product identities for major retailers
• Turning briefs from our Product Development team into standout packaging concepts and visuals
• Adapting your design thinking to fit each retailer's brand and customer base.
• Presenting your ideas with confidence to colleagues and clients alike
• Preparing final artwork ready for mass production

• A strong portfolio and proven experience as a Senior or Midweight Designer, ideally withing packaging or consumer product design
• A sharp eye for typography, a nose for emerging trends, and the ability to translate both into packaging and product design that sells
• Strong Adobe Suite skills, especially Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
• A commercial mindset - you understand shelf impact and what makes consumers pic one product over another
• The ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
• A positive, can-do attitude, and the drive, efficiency and reliability to match
