The Edinburgh International Festival is looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Digital Officer to join the Communications and Digital team. We want you to help us deliver this unparalleled celebration of the performing arts, which brings some of the most exciting and creative artists working today to audiences from around the world.

The Role:
You'll be hands‑on across the Festival's website and email – editing and updating website content, building segmented email campaigns, and also contributing to community management and social media posting, particularly at peak periods. You'll work closely with the Website & Email Manager, the Social Media & Content Manager and colleagues across the Communications, Digital and Audiences teams, gaining broad experience across the full range of the Festival's digital activity.
Indicators and Deliverables
- Manage and update content across the Festival website throughout the year
- Generate segmented email communications that build engagement and drive ticket sales
- Contribute to community management and social media posting, particularly at peak periods
- Support the wider team with copywriting, proofing and house style guidance
- Assist with reporting on key performance indicators across web, email, CRM and social channels
