We are currently recruiting for a leading company in Edinburgh seeking talented Debt Collection Specialists to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the collection of overdue funds.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting a high volume of outbound calls
* Engaging with clients to pursue outstanding payments
* Negotiating and arranging payment plans to ensure mutual satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate records by regularly updating them
* Handling payment transactions over the phone and managing invoices

I am recruiting for a client who are a leader in their field based in Edinburgh. They require a number of Debt Collection Specialists to help collect outstanding money.
What will you be doing?
* Making a high volume of outbound calls
* Liaising with clients to chase money owed
* Negotiating payment plans ensuring both parties are happy
* Updating the records to ensure accurate logs
* Taking payments over the phone and sending invoices
