This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth ticketing experience across a diverse range of events, delivering outstanding customer service, and efficiently managing financial transactions. You will lead the box office team, oversee operations during both pre‑festival and festival periods, and ensure effective management of booking lines and in‑person sales while handling all customer ticketing enquiries from the website. You will collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to implement and maintain our ticketing system, address customer service concerns, and supervise the box office sales team (approximately three people).
