Customer Service Representative | £150P/D | 5-Month Contract

Daviesis currently supportinga UK leader in Pensions&Life Assurance who are looking to bring ina team of Customer Service Representatives to join them on an initial 5-month contract in Edinburgh.

Inthisrole, you will be the first point of contact for customers via telephone, handling a variety of pension-related queries and guiding them through all aspects of their retirement journey. You’ll be a confident communicator, an active listener, and forward-thinking in delivering consistently exceptional service.

Please note: this role requires you to live within a commutable distance of Edinburgh. You’ll be based in the office five days a week.
