Description:

The Operation Executive position primarily involves administrative tasks and customer service functions within the company, ideally in Italian.

• Managing bookings and reservations.
• Liaising with intermediaries and tourist/cultural attractions.
• Providing information about our services and assisting customers.
• Assisting during tour operations and handling any situations that arise.

• This is a Full-time position with a five-day workweek, consisting of 7.5 paid hours per day plus a half-hour break.
• Due to the nature of the business, the summer months, particularly August, experience the highest demand.

• Right to work in the UK.
• Spoken and written proficiency in Italian, with Spanish being a nice-to-have.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries in person, via email, and over the phone.
• Experience in reservation management, liaising with tourist or cultural attractions, and customer relations.
• Experience in customer service within stressful situations or handling complaints.
• General knowledge of tourist attractions in Scotland.
