  • Coordinate planned and reactive works
  • Manage schedules and work orders
  • Liaise with customers and contractors,
  • Make sure SLAs and KPIs are met — every time.

This role sits at the very heart of our Helpdesk operation, supporting engineers, cleaners, managers and customers to deliver a best-in‑class service across Jersey.
