Travel Service Partner – Edinburgh

Edinburgh

Hours:

24 per week, shift work between 4am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday
Pay: £13.50 per hour plus a monthly bonus. Travel allowance of £1152 per annum.

Permanent, Part Time

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs.
  • Applying training and offering expert advice on products and services, converting interest into sales.
  • Consistently working towards achieving and exceeding team sales targets.
  • Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‑paced environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the team to drive performance, deliver excellence, and celebrate success.
  • Following company processes and paying attention to detail to keep everything on track.

  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for great customer service.
  • Active listening abilities and a focus on understanding customer needs to create a fantastic experience.
