Swissport is seeking a Customer Services Lead Agent for AF/KLM in Edinburgh. This role involves providing professional supervision to the Passenger Service team, ensuring quality, customer service, and safety standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, at least three GCSEs, and a proven customer service background. You will lead a team on a shift basis and must be flexible to work various shifts. Previous aviation experience is desired.
