Salary & Benefits

Up to £26,000 dependent upon experience plus an indicative bonus range of 8% to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12× salary life assurance, income protection, 3× volunteering days and much more.

Start Date

3rd August. The first eight weeks will be structured, classroom–based training, during which annual leave is not supported. For the first six months you’ll be office–based, after which you may work on a hybrid pattern (at least 60% office).

The Role

As part of the Workplace Telephony Team you will support Standard Life pension customers by answering inbound calls from customers, employers and Financial Advisers. Your duties include responding to queries, updating member details and assisting members with the Standard Life App and online services. As you grow in the role you may also handle queries through other communication channels and collaborate closely with colleagues across the business to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Brilliant communication skills: clear, warm and able to multitask without missing details.
  • Genuine passion for helping others; care about doing the right thing and going the extra mile.
  • Confidence with computers and new systems; able to learn and navigate a range of systems quickly and accurately.
  • No financial services experience required; full training and ongoing support will be provided.
