Customer Service & Guest Support (Short Lets / Airbnb)

Edinburgh Central - based (home + property visits)

Requirement:

Full driving licence + own car (mileage reimbursed)

Evergreen Property (Short Lets) is seeking an Edinburgh-based customer service professional to manage out-of-hours guest communications and ensure smooth operations across our short-let properties. A practical, hands-on role suited to someone calm under pressure who can take ownership and keep operations running smoothly out of hours.

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Edinburgh-based with good local knowledge
• Full driving licence + access to car
• Confident with IT systems and quick to learn software
• Reliable, independent, and strong decision-making ability
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Able to work alone and as part of a team

Key responsibilities:

• Resolve issues remotely and attend properties when needed
• Coordinate cleaning and liaise with maintenance/trades
• Log issues, update systems, and escalate where required
• Handle guest reviews and basic property checks (incl. smoke alarms)
