Salary: £27,976 (Pro‑rata) per annum

Hours:

20 hours per week Monday – Saturday

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, offering support that goes beyond energy services.
• Empower customers with practical, personalised energy‑saving advice, helping them reduce usage, lower bills and shrink their carbon footprint.
• Introduce customers to innovative, eco‑conscious products and services.
• Use the in‑house CRM system to resolve queries efficiently, translating technical information into everyday language.
• Act as a sustainability ambassador, collaborating with local charities and organisations through Utilita Giving to support community initiatives.
• Lead local green initiatives and work closely with the team to inspire others in building a cleaner, more connected future.
