Location: City of Edinburgh
UPS in Edinburgh is looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide enhanced customer service and operational support. The ideal candidate will handle shipment-specific issues and work with both internal and external customers.
Candidates must be fluent in Czech and English and possess strong communication skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with a total of 40 hours per week and flexibility for weekends and bank holidays.
