Position: Emergency Call Dispatcher – 999 Response
Location: City of Edinburgh

NHS Scotland is seeking full and part-time Emergency Call Handlers to work within our Ambulance Control Centre in Edinburgh. Successful candidates will be responsible for answering emergency calls and providing life-saving support to the public.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, can work under pressure, and will complete mandatory training. Positions are available on a permanent contract with various shifts required including weekends and bank holidays.
