Mindbody is seeking a Customer Success Manager who will work with small and medium-sized accounts to maximise value from the Mindbody platform from onboarding onward. You will drive software adoption and optimisation for new customers while ensuring they realise value quickly.
For tenured clients, you’ll monitor health metrics, proactively reach out to maximise benefits, and identify opportunities for account growth. Strong French language skills are required, with German a plus.
