Dayshape is seeking an experienced Customer Success/Account Manager to own strategic, enterprise relationships across the UK and Europe. You will drive renewals, expansions, and adoption of Dayshape’s software, hosting QBRs and coordinating cross-functional teams to maximise value.
You will train customers, monitor ROI, and nurture advocates while coordinating with Product and Services to ensure successful implementations and ongoing customer satisfaction.
