Location: City of Edinburgh
The Scotch Whisky Experience in Edinburgh is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service at the box office, shop and bar areas, and during guided tours. You will warmly greet visitors, answer questions, process ticket purchases and upsell experiences.
You will work as part of a friendly team, helping visitors with tickets, guiding tours for groups, sharing tasting stories, and contributing to a memorable, welcoming visitor experience.
