Location: City of Edinburgh
Swissport is hiring a Customer Service Agent at Edinburgh Airport. This part-time, fixed-term role runs until 31 October 2026 and requires 25–30 hours per week across shifts, including weekends and evenings.
You will greet passengers, assist with check-in and boarding, answer schedules and policy queries, and support safe, smooth operations. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
