Jet at Edinburgh Airport, supporting flights to over 40 destinations from Scotland’s capital.

As a Passenger Service Agent, you’ll be one of the first people passengers meet on their journey. From check‑in to boarding, you’ll help create a smooth, stress‑free airport experience while making sure everything runs safely and on time.

No airport experience? No problem. We provide full training and support from day one.

Whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, travel, events, or you’re looking for a fresh start – we’d love to hear from you.

• Assisting passengers at check‑in and boarding gates
• Checking travel documents and boarding passes
• Helping with baggage queries and excess baggage charges
• Supporting passengers during delays, cancellations, or disruptions
• Answering customer questions and resolving issues
• Setting up check‑in and boarding areas
• Ensuring safety, security, and operational procedures are followed at all times

You’ll play a key role in creating a positive travel experience for every passenger.

• At least 18 years old
• Able to provide 5 years full address & employment history for security screening
• Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with people
• Calm under pressure and great at problem‑solving
• Reliable and organised
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced environment
• Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• Comfortable using basic computer systems

No previous airport experience is required – just great customer service skills and a positive attitude.

We’ll guide you through the required pre‑employment checks, including background screening, employment history checks, and drug and alcohol testing required for airport roles.

From there, you’ll join us for a full induction and training programme before stepping into your role.

We’ll support you every step of the way to make sure you feel confident, prepared, and ready to succeed.
