Location: City of Edinburgh

Position:
Customer Service Advisor (Part‑time)

Location:

Edinburgh – Fully office based.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 2:00pm (5days per week).

Pay: £14.51 per hour.

Duration:
Temporary ongoing;
Immediate start.

Responsibilities
  • Logging repair requests accurately and updating internal systems.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding property repairs.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external contractors.
  • Providing timely updates and resolving customer queries.
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong IT and data entry skills.
  • Professional, organised approach and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
