Position:
Customer Service Advisor (Part‑time)
Location:
Edinburgh – Fully office based.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 2:00pm (5days per week).
Pay: £14.51 per hour.
Duration:
Temporary ongoing;
Immediate start.
- Logging repair requests accurately and updating internal systems.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding property repairs.
- Liaising with internal teams and external contractors.
- Providing timely updates and resolving customer queries.
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
- Previous customer service or call centre experience.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong IT and data entry skills.
- Professional, organised approach and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
