Italian‑Speaking Group Series Coordinator – Edinburgh – Hybrid work after probation – Salary: £28,000‑£33,000 per annum – I

A well‑established tour operator who pride themselves in being specialist in creating tailor‑made tours in Great Britain and Ireland.

Main duties:
Manage and coordinate Italian group travel programmes from confirmation through to completion, ensuring all services, suppliers and client requirements are delivered accurately and efficiently.

• Creating and preparing itineraries, quotations and costings for group tours.
• Managing group bookings from confirmation through to completion.
• Handling all group booking administration, including amendments, cancellations, rooming lists and travel documentation.
• Ensuring tours run smoothly by coordinating with clients and processing requests accurately and on time.
• Negotiating rates and terms with suppliers while maintaining quality and budget.
• Processing invoices and supporting payment administration.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

• Fluent in Italian (essential).
• Previous experience in travel, tour operations or a DMC would be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Scotland and the UK as a travel destination.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Proactive, dynamic and ability to multi task.
• Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives.
