Salary: £26,800 per annum + Monthly Bonus

Full‑time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (with required flexibility to work weekends if the client requires)

• Deliver outstanding customer service in both Russian and English via phone, live chat and email.
• Assist customers with hotel bookings, flight enquiries and a variety of travel‑related questions.
• Take ownership of customer queries from start to finish, ensuring every issue is resolved efficiently.
• Build rapport with customers while providing a friendly, professional and empathetic service.
• Work towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Navigate multiple systems confidently to find solutions quickly.
• Work closely with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience.

• Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre, hospitality, retail or travel environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Confident using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to manage several live chats.
• A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Motivated to learn, develop and build a long‑term career.
• Experience with in the travel industry is beneficial but not essential.
