Pertemps Bond is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for our public sector client in Edinburgh. This is a part-time, fully office-based role working 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls, log repair requests, update internal systems, liaise with internal teams and contractors, and keep customers informed on repair progress. Immediate start for a temporary ongoing assignment.
