The Best Connection is currently recruiting temporary staff to support a premium cruise ship turnaround at Leith Cruise Terminal
.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a busy cruise terminal, providing first-class customer service to passengers embarking and disembarking one of the world’s leading premium cruise lines.

Pay Rate: £12.90 per Hour

Hours: 10:00am - 4:30pm

• Welcoming passengers on arrival.
• Assisting with the passenger check-in process.
• Providing a professional and friendly customer experience.
• Answering general passenger queries.

Hours: 11:00am - 5:00pm

• Greeting and directing passengers throughout the terminal.
• Providing clear guidance to boarding and arrival areas.
• Assisting passengers with general enquiries.
• Ensuring the smooth flow of passengers during the turnaround operation.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
• Smart appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible and able to follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Black or navy trousers.
