Wheatley Homes East in Edinburgh is seeking a hub-based Housing Officer to provide a responsive, high-quality housing service from our Edinburgh hub, supporting customers with tenancy management, rent, repairs, neighbourhood issues and access to wider services.
You will work closely with housing teams and partner services to resolve customer issues at the first point of contact wherever possible, ensuring accurate advice, clear communication and excellent record keeping.
