Location: City of Edinburgh
Atos Group in Edinburgh is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support the Customer Service function within BTS, handling inbound calls in a fast-paced contact centre. You’ll receive six weeks of classroom-based training and listen to calls before taking live inquiries.
Expect varied call types from updating details to complex policy questions, with ongoing support from the team. The role is full-time, office-based, 37.5 hours per week, with rotating shifts; weekends not required.
